Pelosi’s latest plastic surgery episode stretched the skin under her chin so tight, that her head is naturally poised in a downward nod type position. She was faking a text to hide the blotched surgery!

She wasn’t texting anyone because she was using her phone/pda to go on the internet and watch the state of the union (live!).
