Institutionalized racism

A Sugar Land teen who didn’t make the cut is suing U.T. Austin, because she says race and ethnicity shouldn’t be used to determine whether a student is admitted into the school.
Oddly enough, some students received a letter from U.T. President Powers last week, seemingly in an attempt to clarify things.
