| So there's quite a story to this one: It was originally supposed to be these two plus Mr. Lif, but Mr. Lif missed his flight into Austin. The night before they came into the station, these two were out all night at an afterparty. When they did come into the station, it turned out that the people that we talked to never told El-P and Aesop Rock what they were coming into the station for, so they didn't bring their DJ with them, or any vinyl for that matter. After eplaining to them that they were here to perform, El-P and Aesop finally found two records from the KVRX library they were happy with, and laid down a great freestyle, and an amazing alternate version of "We're Famous." |
