You should check a couple of the CDs out. They're older, maybe even more obscure, than some of the other stuff that's already in the library. It couldn't hurt to put your faith in someone you don't know's taste. You might even come away with a new favorite album. I can say with full certainty that my contribution has the power to change the world.
BY THE WAY: the bin is by the bulletin board in the booth.
yeah you all should
yeah you all should especially look at chelsea's kick-butt jawbreaker record. hell yeah.
im putting some old

yeah, "young, loud, and snotty" is great. you know... i think there's a copy of that record at the FAL. in the library, we have a cool Pere Ubu sampler that has some Rocket From the Tombs pre-Pere Ubu, pre-Dead Boys stuff. Check it out!
WOW! that is swell. i always

yeah ie think they reunited
yeah i think they reunited around 2000 and have been playing shows... nothing to compare to "dare!", "travelogue", or "reproduction", but at least they're not sucking it up a la "crash". i don't know if they've released anything new since they got back together, but i don't know that i'd want to hear it if they did... the same way I'm not rushing out to buy the new Duran Duran or New Order record...
It's my favorite thing at
It's my favorite thing at KVRX so far just because I envision a day when everyone at the station listens to Gorky's Zygotic Mynci and preaches to the rest of the world.
