SHHHAAAGZZ! Artist Hour THIS Saturday!

Submitted by Lace on Thu, 04/17/2008 - 01:05.

Yes, they were New Hampshire's original Riot Grrls! The Shaggs: comprised of the three Wiggins sisters, who came together at their father's bidding in 1976 to fulfill a prophecy made by their grandmother twenty years before they were born! They would go on to write and record some of the strangest pop songs ever laid to wax... The legend! The magic! The mystery and the tragedy! Frank Zappa said they were weird!

All will be revealed, this Saturday night (that's the 19th), by your own KVRX DJ's Lace and Cody, of Words & Smiles and Vacillatory Vaccinations (respectively! respectfully!)!

Don't miss it, please. Call in with your favorite Shaggs tracks!
