I'm pretty glad the Cowboys drafted Mike Jenkins at the Cornerback position. With the pro-bowler Terrance Newman, Anthony Henry, a solid, though at times injury prone defensive back, with the addition of Pacman Jones, and the newly drafted Mike Jenkins, I like how this Cowboys team is building around the secondary. My philosophy is that you can never have enough corners, especially in this day in age when slot receivers are beginning to become just as practical as the regular wideouts. Few teams have 2 solid cornerbacks, with the new additions the cowboys have 4. If they cowboys can created a solid pass rush then you're going to see those corners really flourish.
As far as the Mavs go. What the fuck was that?
They're saying Avery Johnson may be on the chopping block and Mike D'Antoni, Flip Saunders or Jeff Van Gundy may be in line to replace him. Personally, of those choices I'd take Jeff Van Gundy. I appreciate his philosophies about basketball, especially, that there is no such thing as momentum. Because such a things may not, in fact, exist, it could just be a made up term to explain some groups comparative elation relative to another.
Well, I'll be back. Deuce.
