At 9am Austin, TX time, KVRX switches it's 91.7 FM frequency over to KOOP radio, KVRX will return at 7pm.

We'll still be here streaming online at KVRX.ORG, but since it's the summer, someone probably won't be manning the booth. However, we have a nice randomized playlist going, you can check out the tracks at http://www.last.fm/user/KVRX/.

At 9am we switch over to KOOP radio on our FM frequency. We'll be back at 7pm, but you can listen to us online 24/7. If there isn't anyone in the booth, you're listening to a randomized Real Audio playlist. Check the schedule.

Bands about Austin and the like.

At 9am we switch over to KOOP coommunity programming. KVRX shares the FM frequency with KOOP, we are on FM 7pm-9am Weekdays and 10pm-9am Weekends. We are on real audio 24/7, but being that it's summer, we probably won't have anyone in the booth until late afternoon. So you will just be hearing a wonderful randomized playlist. Local Artists. At 9am our frequency switches to KOOP radio (Koop.org). KVRX will be on real audio at this time until 7pm. If no real audio dj comes in, what you are hearing is a randomized playlist.

Mandrake subbing pt. 2

Only Austin Artists from 8-9am Thursday mornings. At 9am we switch over to real audio and KOOP (KOOP.ORG) takes over the FM airwaves until 7pm. While KVRX is on real audio you might hear a DJ in training (or just a DJ who can't do a show at 3am in the morning) on our itunes playlist. So if you call and no one answers, it's because there's no one in the booth. Also, obviously, the playlists will not be updated during this time. We're still working on that.
