How did you first hear about or get involved with KVRX?
One of my homies freshman year was in it and I infiltrated.

What shows have you had on KVRX?
Let's Eskeetit - Freeform spring 2019

Vibe Check - Freeform fall 2019

Vibe Check II - freeform spring 2020

Vibe Check III - freeform fall 2020

Vibe Check IV - freeform spring 2021

Vibe Check 5 - freeform fall 2021

What is your favorite KVRX memory?
Kickin it in the booth vibing out my first semester on air - it was 3-4am and everybody was like "damn that sucks" but I loved it. The booth is the most peaceful sanctuary when you're all alone in the middle of the night playing some good music. Not a care in the world.

Tell us about your final playlist!
There's too much pressure on last playlists. When you're not limited to underground songs and you can literally play any song in the world, there's a lot of deliberation that goes into making an hour long playlist with no boundaries. So I just followed the vibes and made a random playlist with a few sentimental gems in there. Most importantly, the first song on my first playlist for my first KVRX show ever was Gosha by $not. That's when he was still small and not blacklisted. Now he's at like 9 million monthly listeners so I had to put him in the playlist for a lil full circle moment. I had to put some No Doubt in there, so I played Just A Girl to reminisce on my childhood when I would jump around my room singing that song and lip syncing in the mirror like I was Gwen Stefani. I had to play some Interpol (Obstacle 1 specifically) as a nod to 90's and early 2000s alt rock being my main love. Kno the Meaning by Future also made an appearance as my favorite Future song, a song that I've played on loop a few too many times. Broken Window Serenade by Whiskey Meyers because I can never forget my roots, my lil small country home town Stephenville (the cowboy capital of the world) that I had to get out of before I let myself appreciate country music. Had to play Vices by $uicideboy$ because, long story way too short, that's the song that led me to meeting my boyfriend (what a romantic song right?). And obviously Rock with You by Michael Jackson because you can't have a 5 year long way-too-far obsession with Michael Jackson and dress up as him for multiple years in a row for Halloween and just not play him in your last ever KVRX show. The Taste of Ink by the Used to symbolize the angsty period of my adolescence that I haven't really grown out of, Anything Goes by South Park Mexican because the show is called VIBE CHECK after all, and then some Yung Lean, Twista, Burna Boy, Kavinsky, The Toxic Avenger, and Childish Major for good measure. Honorable mention to Welcome 2 Houston by Slim Thug, Chamillionaire, Paul Wall, Mike Jones, Pimp C, Bun B, UGK, Lil Keke, and Z-Ro because I wanted to play it so bad but it's a 9 minute song and I had to fit in as much as I could. Honorable mention to the tons of other songs I wish I could have played but will be gracing my speakers at home instead.
